Traditionally, individuals reaching out to 211 connected with Community Information and Referral Specialists (CIRS) via phone at any time of the day. In an effort to enhance accessibility for our users, the 211 Wisconsin App was developed. This mobile application aims to empower clients by providing resource information directly at their fingertips. It features an intuitive design and easy navigation, allowing users to locate nearby resources by entering their zip code or utilizing the geolocation of their device.
